Moving in: June-July

Condition: 1living room, 1bedroom, with kitchen, bath tab, all furnished, (preferably with balcony), new (clean), sunny, relatively not too noisy, little green around, close to the station somewhere on line 3 & 4 (no longer than 20min from Yishanlu station)
I currently work for Yishanlu and live near Zhongshan Park. My current apartment is about 30-40sqm, and I pay 2500RMB. But there is only a shower room, without bath tab. I need a bath tab.
It doesnt have to be around the big station like Zhongshan Park.
If you have any idea of the apartment that might suit the above conditions, I would be so glad if you could let me know.
