4. The planed move-in date. It is September 2009 for the family.
Please note, that I am coming to Shanghai in early July 2009, and will
stay for about 1-1,5 months. For this period I would like to find a 1-2 bedroom flat for myself only only, with a budget of about usd
400-500 a month (air-conditioned, furnished, TV, Internet, telephone,
fridge, washing machine). The area / district does not matter a lot,
but not on the outskirts of the city.
During this period I will be ready to meet with your agent and visit
apartments you will be offering me, in order to chose the apartment of
our dream:-) Looking forward to hearing from you.
